🌸 INGREDIENTS

πŸ— For the Chicken

• Boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
• Salt, to taste
• Crushed black pepper, to taste
• Flour, for coating
• 2 cloves garlic, minced

🍯 For the Sauce

• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp white vinegar
• 2½ tbsp honey

🧈 For Cooking

• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp butter, divided
• Fresh parsley, for garnish
• Crushed red pepper, optional 🌢️

πŸ‘©‍🍳 METHOD

1. Prepare the Chicken

Cut the chicken breast into approximately 1-inch cubes.

Season generously with salt and crushed black pepper.

Lightly coat the chicken pieces with flour, making sure they're evenly covered. This will help give the chicken a beautiful golden crust and will also help the sauce cling to the chicken later. πŸ—

2. Prepare the Sauce

In a small bowl, combine:

• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp white vinegar
• 2½ tbsp honey

Mix well and set aside. 🍯

3. Get the Chicken Golden

Heat a frying pan over medium heat.

Add 1 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp butter.

Once the butter has melted, add the chicken pieces.

Make sure you give the chicken some personal space — don't overcrowd the pan! 😌

Cook the chicken one side at a time, allowing each side to become golden before turning.

Try not to constantly move or flip the chicken. Let it sit and develop that delicious golden crust. πŸ”₯

4. Add the Garlic

Once the chicken is golden and cooked, push the chicken toward the edges of the pan.

Add the remaining 1 tbsp butter to the center.

Add the minced garlic and sautΓ© for about 30 seconds, just until fragrant. πŸ§„

5. Add the Honey Sauce

Pour the prepared sauce into the pan.

Reduce the heat to medium-low and toss the chicken through the sauce, making sure every piece is beautifully coated. 🍯✨

6. Let the Sauce Thicken

Continue cooking for about 2–3 minutes, stirring and tossing occasionally.

The sauce will begin to thicken and turn glossy, sticking beautifully to the chicken.

Don't cook it for too long — you want that sauce thick, sticky, and delicious! 🀀

7. Garnish & Serve

Remove the chicken from the pan and transfer it to a serving plate.

Finish with freshly chopped parsley and a sprinkle of crushed red pepper if you like a little heat. 🌿🌢️

Serve immediately and enjoy!

✨ MY LITTLE TIP

Don't overcrowd the pan and don't constantly turn the chicken. Give each side enough time to develop a golden crust.

Also, keep the heat around medium to medium-low once you add the sauce. The honey can burn quickly if the pan gets too hot. πŸ”₯

Golden, buttery, sweet, tangy, garlicky, and ridiculously easy — this chicken was definitely made for a reason. πŸ―πŸ—πŸ§„❤️
