πΈ INGREDIENTS
π₯ For the Nut Base
• 1 cup raw almonds
• 1 cup raw cashews
• 1 cup roasted pistachios
• 2–3 tbsp maple syrup
π« For the Chocolate Layer
• 3 dark chocolate bars
π©π³ METHOD
1. Prepare the Nut Mixture
Preheat your oven to 350°F / 175°C.
Add the almonds, cashews, and pistachios to a large mixing bowl.
Pour over the maple syrup and mix until all the nuts are lightly coated.
2. Bake Until Golden
Transfer the nut mixture to a baking dish lined with parchment paper.
Spread everything into an even layer and gently press the nuts together.
Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the nuts are golden and fragrant.
3. Add the Dark Chocolate
Remove the nuts from the oven and immediately place the dark chocolate bars on top.
Let the heat soften the chocolate. If needed, return the dish to the oven for 2–3 minutes until completely melted.
4. Spread the Chocolate
Using a spatula or the back of a spoon, spread the melted chocolate evenly over the nut mixture.
Make sure the whole surface is covered with a delicious chocolate layer. π«
5. Chill Until Firm
Place in the fridge for 10–15 minutes, or until the chocolate has completely hardened.
6. Slice & Enjoy!
Once firm, remove from the baking dish and slice into bars.
Serve and enjoy that perfect combination of crunchy nuts and rich dark chocolate! π₯π«π
✨ MY LITTLE TIP
Press the nut mixture firmly into the baking dish before baking. This helps the nuts stick together and makes the bars much easier to slice once the chocolate has set.
Crunchy, chocolatey, nutty, and perfectly sweet — these easy homemade bars are hard to resist! π«π₯
Bon appΓ©tit! π₯❤️
